Toledo Jeep Fest 2026 runs Thursday, August 6 through Sunday, August 9 in downtown Toledo, Ohio, and it is free to the public. This is the ninth annual running of the festival, and it lands in the same year Jeep marks its 85th anniversary. Jeep and parent company Stellantis are co-presenting sponsors alongside Mercy Health.
Last year's festival drew more than 100,000 attendees from 40 states and generated roughly $8.3 million in regional economic activity, according to the event's July 21 announcement. If you are driving in, here is the full schedule, the parade route, and a short list of things worth packing that the official schedule will not tell you.

The parade is the main event
Saturday's All-Jeep Parade is what most people drive in for. Organizers expect up to 1,400 Jeeps rolling west on Monroe Street and north on Huron Street, starting at 10 a.m. and running until about noon. The 2026 grand marshal is Brad Kowitz, founder of the TrailRecon YouTube channel and a retired Navy master chief. The parade is sponsored by Yark Jeep.
Driving in the parade requires registering your Jeep in advance through the official Toledo Jeep Fest site. Watching it costs nothing. If you are only coming for one day, come Saturday.
Toledo is not a random host city. Jeep production started there in 1941, which is why the 85th anniversary tie-in matters here more than at any other show on the calendar. Bring ducks. A lot of them.
Toledo Jeep Fest is one of the heaviest ducking events of the year. With over 100,000 people and up to 1,400 Jeeps parked in a 20-block downtown footprint, every Jeep on that Park-N-Shine field is a target, and yours will get ducked whether you brought any or not.
The usual mistake is bringing ten ducks to a show with a thousand Jeeps. Veterans of the big fests bring 50 to 100 and still run out by Saturday afternoon. A few Jeep Fest-specific notes:
- Write on the tag, not the duck. Your name, your state, and your Instagram handle if you want the person to tag you back.
- Place it on the door handle or the mirror. Not the hood, not the paint, and never under a wiper on a hot day.
- Bring a bag you can carry. You will collect as many as you hand out.
- Duck the out-of-state plates. People who drove from 40 states remember who ducked them.

What else to pack
- Cash. Vendor Midway booths are a mix, and not every small vendor takes cards reliably in a crowd.
- Folding chairs. The parade runs two and a half hours and curb space fills early.
- Sun protection. Downtown Toledo in August, standing on pavement, from 10 a.m. onward.
- A leash if you are bringing the dog. Paws PlayZone runs Saturday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wash supplies. If you are entering Park-N-Shine, you are competing against people who detailed the night before.
Getting your Jeep ready in time
Plenty of people use Jeep Fest as the deadline for finishing a build. If that is you, be realistic about timing, because the show is now inside two weeks.
