Tires with deeper tread (like mud-terrains) often measure larger than the formula suggests. Frequently Asked Questions
What size spare tire cover do I need?Cover size is based on your spare's overall diameter. Measure the mounted tire across the center, or read the sidewall and use the calculator above, then match the diameter to the nearest size. If you fall between two sizes, round up.
How do I measure my spare tire for a cover?Stand the mounted tire upright and measure straight across the center, from the outer edge of the tread on one side to the outer edge on the other, in inches. That full diameter is your cover size.
What if my tire falls between two sizes?Order the next size up. The drawstring back still cinches a slightly larger cover snug, but a cover that is too small will not fit over the tire.
Will a cover fit my specific Jeep, Bronco, RV, or SUV?Fit is based on tire diameter, not vehicle model. Any externally mounted spare, on a Jeep, Bronco, SUV, RV, or trailer, works as long as you match the diameter to a size.
What spares will these covers not fit?Compact or donut spares, spares mounted under the body or under a truck bed, and tires smaller than 27 inches or larger than 35 inches in diameter fall outside our size range.
Which backup camera option should I choose?Choose With Camera Hole if your spare carrier has a backup camera lens (all 2018 and newer Jeep Wrangler JLs do). Choose the Elastic Center Hole if your camera has no mounting ring. Choose No Camera Hole if there is no camera on your spare.
How does the cover install, and will it stay on at highway speed?It slips over the spare and the drawstring back cinches it snug in under a minute, with no tools. A correctly sized cover stays secure at highway speed.
What are the covers made of, and are they weatherproof?Each cover is a durable polyester and nylon weave with a UV-resistant full-color print. They are weatherproof and machine washable.
How long until my cover ships?Every cover is printed to order, so tire covers ship within 10 to 14 business days. Orders over $59.99 ship free.
