RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC, many of our products are made to order or customized specifically for each customer. Please review all product details, sizing, fitment information, and customization options carefully before placing your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
For eligible physical products, we offer a 30-day return window beginning on the delivery date, as confirmed by your tracking information.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.

CUSTOMIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect or production error is present.
This includes:
- Custom decals
- Personalized products
- Custom tire covers
- Custom graphics
- Special-order items
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
You must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.
We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If a manufacturing defect, production error, or shipping damage is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
If your item does not match the product as represented on our website, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a reprint or replacement as a priority — free of charge.
If visible shipping damage is present upon delivery, we recommend photographing the package before opening and contacting us immediately.

Jeep Decal Store / CDD Graffix LLC is not responsible for damage caused during installation, removal, improper application, misuse, or normal wear of products.
Professional installation is recommended for larger, perforated, wrap-style, or complex graphics.
Customers assume full responsibility for proper installation and application of purchased products.
TIRE COVER SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Tire covers are made to order, so we print the size you select. Please confirm your measurement before you order.
Measure the tire, not the label. Our size guide is an estimate. Tires with the same printed size measure differently between brands and tread patterns, and a tire that has been run and rotated measures differently than a new one. Run a tape across the face of the mounted tire, edge to edge at its widest point, and compare that number to the size guide. Our Spare Tire Cover Calculator will convert a sidewall size into an estimate to get you close, but the tape measurement is what governs. Do not order from the sidewall code alone.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, measure again and choose the size that best matches your tire. The sizes in our guide are the finished dimensions of the cover, and because each one is sewn by hand, manufacturing tolerance is roughly 1-3 cm. The closer your measurement is to a listed size, the better the cover will sit.
The two 34in options are width choices, not diameter choices. Both measure 34 inches across. The 34in is built for a 19-inch tire width, and the 34inV2 is built for a 16-inch tire width. Measure the width of your mounted tire before choosing between them.
The 37in is designed to fit a 37x12.50R17 tire.
Camera openings. If your spare carries a rear camera, choose the option that matches your setup. Select Yes for a pre-cut hole when your camera sits on a collar or shaft. Select Yes (Elastic Hole) for a stretch opening when the camera is bare with no collar. Select No for a solid cover with no opening. You can't add, move, or change the opening after production begins.
Incorrect size or camera-option selections are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Orders can be changed or canceled only before production begins, so contact us right away if you catch a mistake.
We review sizing requests case by case and may make an exception at our discretion. Any exception we grant is not a change to this policy and does not apply to future orders.
ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.
Once an order enters production or has shipped, cancellations, modifications, or exchanges may no longer be possible.
Because many products are produced quickly after purchase, please contact us immediately at if you need to make any changes to your order.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution - please allow 5 to10 business days for the refund to appear.
