At first I was a little leary about the quality, I’m used to the old heavy duty vinyl tire covers. But when I got it on it was great!! The Iron Maiden picture was superior!! The seller was very helpful before ordering, assisting with custom requests and design options. However, after ordering, the experience changed. The listing promised shipping in 7-10 business days, but my item took over two weeks to ship. I was told it was held at customs, which was confusing since it’s advertised as USA-made. It arrived nearly a month later, just before my move.
Unfortunately, the colors were off, making the product unusable for my company's branding. While I appreciate the seller’s initial support, the delays and quality issues were disappointing. I reached out last week but haven't received a response.

We paid for this item and never received it - they use USPS. The tracking says we received it before Christmas (it was supposed to be a surprise gift), and yet 4 days after Christmas we have STILL not received it. The seller is not responding to our messages wondering where the package is...

Id like to add a company logo and a QRCode to a jeep tire cover. Is it possible to add both and what is the best way to place the order?
Yes, you can add both a company logo and a QR code. Upload each as a high-resolution file directly on the product page when you place the order (a PNG works well for the QR code), then choose your tire size and camera option. If you need a backup camera cutout, keep in mind it sits in the center of the cover, so plan your logo and QR code around it. Add a note on how you'd like them placed, and we'll handle the layout.
