Not everyone wants a jolly Santa riding shotgun. If you would rather your rig say naughty list than ho ho ho, meet the other guy who shows up in December.
Who is Krampus?
In Alpine folklore he is the horned companion of Saint Nicholas. Nicholas rewards the kids who behaved, and Krampus handles the rest, with chains, a bundle of birch switches, and a basket for the truly hopeless. His night is Krampusnacht, December 5, and towns across Austria and Bavaria still send costumed Krampus figures through the streets for it. He has picked up a serious following in the States over the past twenty years.
Krampus spare tire covers
Your spare is the biggest flat surface on the vehicle and the one thing every driver behind you is forced to look at. It is the right place for this.
- Storytime with Krampus Spare Tire Cover. Krampus reading a Christmas bedtime story, and it is not the one you are expecting.
- Krampus Have the Christmas You Deserve Spare Tire Cover. Less a greeting than a verdict, delivered to whoever is stuck behind you in traffic.
Both run $69.99 to $74.99 depending on size, in eleven sizes from 27 inches up to 37 inches, with three camera options. Each one is printed to order, which is exactly why the size matters.
Shop the Krampus spare tire covers

Measure the face of your mounted tire, edge to edge, with a tape measure. Do not use the number on the sidewall. Tread pattern, wear, and rotation all change the real diameter, which is why two rigs running the same stamped size can need different covers. If you land between two sizes, the spare tire cover size guide covers which way to go and what the 34 inch and 34 V2 split means.
Krampus stickers and decals
This is the impulse buy, and the one that actually fits in a stocking.
- Whimsical Krampus Bearing Christmas Gifts Vinyl Sticker
- Christmas Storytime with Krampus Vinyl Sticker
Both start at $4.99 and come in nine sizes, from 3 inches for a water bottle up to 18 inches for a shop wall or a trailer. The 8 inch lands about right on a car window and the 10 inch on a truck window. Multi-packs save up to 15 percent, which is the move if you are buying for a whole crew or want a few spares for toolboxes, coolers, and hard hats.

Krampus ornaments
For the Jeep owner whose tree could use a little menace, there is the 3D Snowglobe Krampus Storytime Ornament, a clear 3.94 inch bauble with Krampus caught mid-story inside it. It runs $24.99, or $29.99 boxed for gifting, and you can add personalization.
It carries the same Storytime artwork as the tire cover and the sticker above, so if somebody on your list is getting one of those, the ornament matches it. Our ornaments live in the CDD Graffix Etsy shop rather than here on the site.
A gift guide by budget
- Under $15. A Krampus sticker, or a multi-pack if you have more than one person to cover. A stocking stuffer that actually gets used.
- Around $25. The snowglobe ornament, or $29.99 if you want it to arrive boxed and ready to hand over.
- The real one. A Krampus spare tire cover, for the friend who already owns every Jeep accessory except this one.
Order by these dates for Christmas delivery
Everything here is made to order, so the calendar matters more than it would at a big-box store.
- Tire covers: order by Wednesday, November 25, 2026. Production runs 10 to 14 business days, then transit on top of that.
- Stickers and decals: order by Tuesday, December 8, 2026. Production runs 5 to 7 business days, then transit.
Those are worked back from our published production times with carrier transit added. December runs heavier than the rest of the year for us and for the carriers, so treat them as the late end rather than the target. Ordering a week early costs you nothing.
If you are buying this for somebody else
A tire cover is a great gift and a miserable guess. You need the size of their spare, and they are the only one who can measure it, which tends to give the whole thing away.
Two ways around it. Buy the sticker now and promise the cover, or get the measurement out of them sideways by asking what tires they are running and whether the spare matches. If they rotate the spare into the mix, measure day-of or go up a size. We walk through more of this in custom spare tire covers as gifts.
Frequently asked questions
What size spare tire cover do I need?
Measure the face of your mounted spare edge to edge with a tape measure, and order the size that matches. Do not go by the number on the sidewall, because tread pattern and wear change the real diameter. If you land between two sizes, our size guide walks through which way to go.
When should I order to get it by Christmas?
For a tire cover, order by Wednesday, November 25, 2026. For stickers and decals, order by Tuesday, December 8, 2026. Those dates come from our published production times of 10 to 14 business days for covers and 5 to 7 for decals, plus carrier transit. Carriers run heavy in December, so earlier is safer.
Do the Krampus tire covers work with a backup camera?
Yes. Each cover comes in three camera options. Yes is a pre-cut hole that slides over a camera collar, Yes (Elastic Hole) is a stretch opening that hugs a bare camera with no collar, and No is a solid cover with no opening at all.
What sizes do the Krampus stickers come in?
Nine sizes, from 3 inches for a water bottle up to 18 inches for a shop wall or trailer. Prices start at $4.99, and multi-packs save up to 15 percent.
Keep the weird going
Krampus is not the only legend in the lineup. If your December leans more cryptid than carol, the Bigfoot and Sasquatch collection runs all year, and the Christmas spare tire covers roundup has the designs for everyone on your list who is still on the nice side of it.
